The Exchange Resource Manager Setup program is available as a compressed .zip file, Exchange Resource Manager.ZIP, or as a self-extracting file, Exchange Resource Manager.MSI.  To ensure correct installation of the software, please read the Installation section of the User’s Guide prior to installing the software.  If upgrading from a prior version of ERM, please see the upgrade instructions in the companion document, Upgrade Steps.

Click on the Exchange environment that your are running for the necessary ERM Installation Steps.
