 We review the previous night’s backups, logs and files to ensure successful completion on a daily basis. Monthly, we monitor growth rate and storage history to optimize your data backups. Server performance and health are also observed to ensure system availability. Should errors occur, our staff will alert you and troubleshoot backup failures.

Monthly Maintenance

Because this is a server-based backup system, we perform patches, update software and confirm data coverage to include any new data sources or locations as needed.

Quarterly Maintenance

We also apply driver and firmware updates, check free space on your vault and adjust configurations / availability as needed on a quarterly basis.

Quarterly Testing

We test data restoration quarterly to confirm the validity of your vault data store and report the results back to you.

Administration Support

Take the burden off your in-house staff. We provide expert IT administration support to determine the critical data assets to protect, the backup schedule, design and deployment of your backup solution, as well as training for any of your personnel.
